We are dedicated to producing impactful, truth-based, and community-centered news stories that reflect the real issues, voices, and solutions in underserved communities, especially Black communities in the South.
By accessing or using our website, content, and services (collectively, “Services”), you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
2. Content Usage and Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to articles, text, photographs, images, graphics, video, audio, and logos, published on Amplified Vision News is the sole property of Amplified Vision Media Group (AVMG News) or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AVMG News reserves the right to remove any content or terminate user access that violates these conduct guidelines without prior notice.
